Having built the business on Squarespace, we quickly realized that to win in the e‑commerce market, a Shopify build makes more sense. The Squarespace site was DIY and needed a more professional touch with better copy, content, and product pages. We completely rebuilt the site.
The challenge
Our challenge was to move a family-owned skincare brand off a DIY Squarespace site and onto a platform built for selling.
The client approached us with a goal to compete properly in e-commerce rather than run a shopfront that happened to sell online.

New copy and content tell the story properly, a family business on the Mornington Peninsula handcrafting skincare from Australian olive oil, and every product page was rewritten and redesigned to answer the questions customers actually have before they buy.
