Can you look after a website you didn’t build?
Yes, subject to a technical audit. We need to understand how the site has been built, what condition it’s in and whether anything needs fixing before we take responsibility for maintaining it.
Can we still make changes to the website?
Yes. That’s part of the point. Your plan includes a monthly allowance for support and change requests, so smaller updates don’t have to become separate projects every time.
What if we need something bigger?
If a request falls outside your plan allowance, we’ll let you know before we start it rather than surprising you with an invoice afterwards.
