The challenge

Our challenge was to explain a system covering sales, resident records, maintenance and reporting without burying the value in a feature list.

The client approached us with a goal to present a specialist software product clearly to the retirement village operators it is built for.

The solution

We structured the site around what retirement village operators deal with day to day, sales and CRM, resident records, maintenance and reporting, and showed how VillageMaster handles each one.

The feature detail still sits behind that for the people who want it, but the top level does the qualifying. The path to a demo is short and obvious from anywhere on the site, so an interested operator never has to go looking for it.
