Studio Montel (Website)

Studio Montel (Website) website on a laptop

Women's strength-training studio running progressive resistance classes in Sydney's Sutherland Shire.

After conducting some messaging work with Studio Montel, it was clear that the website needed to catch up with the niche messaging we had developed. A boutique studio needs a boutique site. We rebuilt the site from scratch, adding animations, interactions, and transitions, with a more polished design. The boutique feel also comes across online. Implementing the right schemas and adding a blog also helps them rank organically.

The challenge

Our challenge was to make a boutique women's strength studio feel boutique online, and to give it a foundation for organic growth.

The client approached us with a goal to bring the website in line with the niche positioning we had already developed together.

  • A website lagging behind the studio's new messaging
  • A boutique experience represented by a generic site
  • Limited organic visibility with no content engine behind it
  • No structured data helping search engines understand the studio

The solution

A boutique studio needs a boutique site.

We rebuilt it from scratch with animation, interaction and page transitions used deliberately, so the site feels considered in the same way the classes are, rather than decorated for the sake of it.

Underneath the polish it is built for performance. Custom-coded in Astro for speed, with the right schema markup implemented and a blog added, so the studio can build organic visibility around women's strength training in the Sutherland Shire instead of relying on referrals alone.

  • A rebuild that matches the studio's new messaging
  • Motion and interaction used to create a boutique feel
  • Schema markup implemented for search visibility
  • A blog that gives the studio an organic growth channel

The process

  1. Messaging alignment.

Translating the positioning work already completed into a site structure.

  2. Copy and structure.

Writing the pages and planning for conversion and search together.

  3. Design.

A polished, boutique design with considered motion and interaction.

  4. Build and handover.

Custom-built in Astro with schema and a blog, then tested, launched and handed over.

One less thing to manage

What does marketing need to get moving?

A new website. A campaign. Better search performance. An update that should have happened last week.

You bring the objective. We’ll handle the web part.
